We have the basic service/maintenance plan included - the first time we had to have an oil and filter change they charged us and then we had to follow up with them several times to get refunded. They offer a great concierge pick up and drop off service - the first time they were to pick up our car - they didn't. When they did send someone out - they were awesome, apologetic and took care of us right away. The second time I made an appointment for the concierge I got smart and called to confirm the night before. The woman I spoke to said there was no record of the appointment??? Koons Honda made space on the original day and my car was serviced. This last time - everything worked like a charm. Everyone is professional and polite. Like life there are bumps in the road - I think we may have worked through all of that - here's to a smooth ride going forward. More
