Koons Honda has been servicing our vehicles for over 20 years. Until about a year or so ago Tony Pekich was our go-to service rep. We knew we’d always get a straight answer from him when it came to servic years. Until about a year or so ago Tony Pekich was our go-to service rep. We knew we’d always get a straight answer from him when it came to service and repairs. Since Tony has retired we’ve struggled to find a service rep who is as professional and straightforward as Tony. We recently had Mo who went into a lot of detailed explaining the repairs our car needed only to find out later that he was recommending repairs that weren’t needed. Ugh!!! Why can’t these guys be honest? We sure do miss Tony!! More

Very Smooth No-Hassle Car-Buying Experience Able to get a very good price on a new Honda with little difficulty. Price included 2 years of service. The sales and finance personnel were very frie Able to get a very good price on a new Honda with little difficulty. Price included 2 years of service. The sales and finance personnel were very friendly and easy to work with. The only area that could be improved is in going over the features and customizing the settings of the new car. Honda has a form for doing this that is to be signed by both the customer and the dealership. This form was not used. Overall, I would recommend this dealership for a smooth no-hassle car-buying experience. More
