This dealership went out of their way to make us comfortable with our vehicle choice including a weekend-long test drive! That clinched it. The showroom is modern and comfortable and staff even filled the air in my truck’s tires that I had driven to the dealership. I got a brand new 2020 Honda Elite AWD for less than others dealers were selling the next model down! I’m looking forward to do many more years of business with this dealership. More

2 Accidents in 10 months!, Do Yourself a Favor & Keep Away Long story short, they crashed my car at Joyce Koons Honda in Manassas, VA! This was not the first accident at this place, but the second. The first accident was October 2018, the day I went to receive my brand-new car. I hadn’t even driven it off the lot. I was sitting in the car with the saleswoman, who was explaining the car options and setting up the phone system, when another saleswoman drove in with an SUV and parked to the right of my car. The saleswoman in the SUV opened the door aggressively, hitting and substantially denting my right-side door! Changing the dented car was not something easy, but it took a series of arguments and hard time given to me despite their disastrous performance. The second accident occurred in August 2019. I dropped off my Honda Civic, which was in excellent condition, for the standard 10,000 miles service. Fifteen minutes later, one of the service team members came and told me that they had crashed my car! He explained that they hit the front of my car with the back of another car. As a result, I asked for diminished value compensation. At first, their answer was that they crashed my car and fixed it, so they had nothing more to offer. However, then they asked me to trade it in! They offered to pay off my crashed car, then have me start over with a new auto loan and all its consequences, without giving a single care to all the losses they caused me. After four months of negotiations, Joyce Koons offered some extended warranty on the car, which seemed like a minimal effort to make things right. When I attempted to compromise, they rejected my attempts, despite their offer being less than fair. This sums up my horrible experience with Joyce Koons Honda of Manassas, VA. In only ten months, I had two accidents in the very same place, and upon both accidents I went through a long, unfair, and ridiculous series of negotiations, leaving me in a losing position. On top of this, they continually send me emails asking for a positive survey and an excellent rating, with one employee daring to remark, “If for any reason, you happen to give less than a 5-star rating, please give me a call before you set it for a discussion.” How shameless! The bottom line is to do yourself a favor and keep away from Joyce Koons Honda in Manassas, VA! More

Dealer not accepting responsibility I just bought new car. I drove home about 5 miles away. I called the sales person to see if he can get the dealer to repair for free, he talked to the manager, the answer was no. They said it was fine before I drove home. It's very disappointed that they can't even help out a little. I would not recommend this dealer any more. The first one was ok. The sales person (Medhat) was very nice, just not the manager. More
