Always a good experience I service all of my cars at Joyce Koons Honda. I could go to a new dealership that opened up closer to my home - but there was never any thought give I service all of my cars at Joyce Koons Honda. I could go to a new dealership that opened up closer to my home - but there was never any thought given to doing that because of the continued positive experience I always have at Joyce Koons Honda and in particular - my service adviser Roland. They always treat me fairly - and don't try to "up sell" you service and maintenance you don't need. In fact - Roland always goes out of his way to save me money. They also give a very nice military discount which I really appreciate and it's always a positive experience. Highly recommend them! More
