I have had my cars serviced here many times over the I have had my cars serviced here many times over the past years. I’ve always been highly satisfied until this service. I took my 2018 Pilot in beca I have had my cars serviced here many times over the past years. I’ve always been highly satisfied until this service. I took my 2018 Pilot in because the transmission was shifting roughly. I also requested a tire rotation… My passenger rear tire was showing low pressure on sensor . When I picked my car up… The same rear passenger tire was showing low pressure on the sensor gauge. I called and spoke to the service rep who said he would check with the mechanic. He came back and said yes, the mechanic did rotate the tires. I questioned why the sensor would still show only that same tire had low pressure? He said he didn’t know. I feel I paid for work that was not performed. I have no way of knowing if the transmission flush or the oil change was really performed either. I will go to a local mechanic next time. More

Overall good experience buying a car is stressful, but all the staff did a great job of making sure we got the best deal. Huge savings I was having a hesitation in my 2014 Honda CRV and took it to my mechanic who told me it was the transmission and would have to pay $6500. Found this I was having a hesitation in my 2014 Honda CRV and took it to my mechanic who told me it was the transmission and would have to pay $6500. Found this hard to believe since I only had 75,000 miles. Took it to the Honda dealer who told me it was a known issue and they would fix it for free!! I couldn’t believe my ears. They also said I needed my brake pads and rotors replaced. A lady Honda rep came up to me and gave me a $75 dollar coupon. Totally amazing. Thank you Kevin and everyone that went above and beyond. More
