The service rep was very good but the company tried to suck money out of customers anyway they can looked at my invoice and found something called fees for 69 dollars I called and questioned the service r suck money out of customers anyway they can looked at my invoice and found something called fees for 69 dollars I called and questioned the service rep but did not get a convincing answer , was trying to pay and was told that if I use a cc I have to pay 3 percent extra unless I use a debit card , that is rip off , the company is giving me to use my money that I might need to pay for something urgent or have to pay the 3 percent fee , I will not recommend this dealer to anyone moving forward for trying to rip me off , and just to let you know I bought 21 cars from Koons and I am not supposed to be treated like this , you can check your records Nabil bahou and you can check with your sales rep Steve Hughes who sold me all the cars More
