The best I hoped for was that it wouldn't be absolutely miserable. Buying from Koons Honda, however, made me think maybe I'll go hang out at the dealership. I don't know that I'll ever feel that way about the dentist. I did my research online and Koons salespeople were great to work with. The price was fair. There was no car buyer haggling. It was a pleasant experience. I will be back the next time I need to buy a car. My only complaint is that even after we agreed to terms, it took another 3.5 hours to drive away with my new car. If I had a recommendation to the dealership it would be to streamline that process. More

I am still shocked of the emails and text message I received from this dealership to correct their issue. They were very directive on the phone. Now I am left with a car that I did not originally buy and know the details of the finance and was definitely cheated on my trade-in and transaction. Anyway I have lost but to others - avoid this dealership!! More
