Bad Customer Service As a buyer you have a choice stick with the brand Honda but I wouldn't recommend using this dealership to buy it. They are very rude and have no sense of customer service specially if they make a mistake. They certainly do not listen. I am still shocked of the emails and text message I received from this dealership to correct their issue. They were very directive on the phone. Now I am left with a car that I did not originally buy and know the details of the finance and was definitely cheated on my trade-in and transaction. Anyway I have lost but to others - avoid this dealership!! More

Once I got to the right person, things were good. Had my new Honda CRV recently serviced for the first time. Roland was great to work with. He helped get an major issue with my Honda Care coverage resolved, which I greatly apprecaited. However, the process to get thru to Roland when I called in was my least favorite part of the experience. I submitted an email request to schedule my service and I had a few questions and someone was supposed to call me back about scheduling my visit. No one did. So I called myself and the back and forth between various people was very frustrating. The lady in scheduling sound so sour and just over her job, that when she told me she needed to transfer me I was actually grateful. Now I know this is a very busy dealership/service center, but I've worked a call center job and know how "soul sucking" it can be some days but at least having some pleasantness to your voice/tone would go a long way when you talk to customers. More
Too many steps to having to get a brand new vehicle repaired I was very pleased at first Until an issue was not fixed asap like I was promised it would be. I have a leaking gasket on the rear left tail light. I was promised it would clear up or I could take it to a closer Honda dealership to have it repaired. I scheduled with Hagerstown Honda, much closer to me and they refused to fix; they said it needed to be done by the original dealership. Time off work, wasted gas and added miles for that trip, then I had to call Honda care and start a claim. I started that and then could not reach the case manager so I left 2 messages and finally received a call back that this was not a warranty item so it should have been fixed before I purchased the vehicle. I had to make an appointment back at Joyce koons and waste more time, money, and rack up more miles on the brand new car to sit at joyce koons for 2.5 hours while they looked over the issue. I was never met by the service manager/advisor of my cars progress. I asked about the progress of my car twice and then the sales desk took me directly to the gentleman overseeing the status of my car and he then asked if I would like a complimentary car wash and I said yes and he also informed me that they did not have the part so I would have to return once again and this is a 1.5hour drive for me. When I was told my car was ready for that day I went out to it and realized it was not washed at all. Now I have to come back down again to have the part installed when they classified it as a bad or old gasket; This is a 2018. I'd like to know why there are any bad parts on this car at all. I think with all the time, money, and Miles I should be compensated in some way because this has been a disaster since day one. More
Very efficient service. Like the way they operate. I had purchased a new Honda and it needed some cleaning after a protective barrier was added. It was cleaned to my satisfaction.
