He was very interested in my new vehicle requirements and didn't try to talk me out of features important to me; he offered test drive options, and did not pressure me to buy or decide quickly. He was responsive to my questions and did a great job locating a truck around my budget and with my preferred options. He came up with an acceptable financial package combining my trade-in and incentives with the truck cost. I also like that he didn't guess at answers to my questions. If Barry wasn't sure, he took the time to find out and give me a good answer. I have previously purchased a truck from Juettner Motors and Barry did an outstanding job representing the quality of this dealership.
