Awful Service Department I had my engine replaced and Brett the Service manager was wonderful to me, but I hear he has left. I understand why! I get calls saying I am due for I had my engine replaced and Brett the Service manager was wonderful to me, but I hear he has left. I understand why! I get calls saying I am due for my scheduled maintenance, but when you try to call bacck no one answers the phone in Service and if you leave a message you get no return call! The woman that answers to direct the call is rude and just transfers you to voicemail! I will be taking my car elsewhere for maintenance. More

Oil change I like the free oil changes but was unhappy with the service manager. He's telling me that he's not really a Kia guy. Tried to sell me a new Kia and a I like the free oil changes but was unhappy with the service manager. He's telling me that he's not really a Kia guy. Tried to sell me a new Kia and air filters that I just replaced last oil change. Also I had to expressly refuse a car wash because when you wash it it looks like crap.. You guys leave water marks all over the car and windows. More

Best service yet Love our Sorento have had a few drive train issues. They have always been taken care of under warranty but not without return trips and difficult nego Love our Sorento have had a few drive train issues. KIA Canton found the issue ordered the parts fixed and returned the vehicle quickly and clean. Needing new tires soon and plan on having them installed by this great team. More
