Dealership sucks but the mobile service is good I’m deeply dissatisfied with the service I received and with the charges that followed. My vehicle was brought in because the camera had been recalled; they replaced the camera, and suddenly the backup navigation lines — the green and red guides — disappeared. They updated the software; the lines returned, but the road navigation stopped working entirely. They took the car back, charged me for a diagnostic, and insisted nothing was wrong. When they returned the vehicle, the bottom cover wasn’t even attached — they dragged it on the road. My son had to fix it himself. And still, the navigation didn’t work. They took the car again and sent me an estimate claiming the entire unit needed replacement for roughly $2,500. I refused to accept that. I did my own research, updated the software myself, and everything began working perfectly. It took me thirty minutes. Meanwhile, my adviser was unreachable and never returned a single call. The second issue was the starter. Months ago the car wouldn’t start, so they replaced the starter — and I had to pay for towing. The same problem happened again recently. They ran another diagnostic, charged me again, and replaced a switch. Which means the starter was never the real issue in the first place. After all these diagnostics, they still failed to notice my wipers were worn out. I asked them to replace the wipers, and that — ironically — was the only thing done correctly. Given all of this, I expect the diagnostic fees and the starter replacement charges to be refunded. And frankly, someone should take a serious look at the mechanics you em More
