If I could give this so called business a negative 1000 I would!!! Instead of fixing my van they cost me THOUSANDS. In repairs that THEY BROKE!!! I had an appt at 9. 00 am. I was getting an oil change and tire rotation. I was also told that it was time to get 2 different filters changed. He explained the cost and w 00 am. He explained the cost and when I told him I could only afford to have one done he said that was fine and we would get to the other one the next time I came in. No pressure at all. They got me right in and told me it would be approximately 2 hours so I decided to stay in the lounge. It was very comfortable. A couple staff came in to see if I needed anything and told everyone there was coffee, water, and donuts and to help ourselves. My car was ready 15 min early. I really like the customer service I get at Flammer Ford. More
