I recieved prompt & courteous service. The lady assigned to me kept me informed. I would have added another star if the repair shop had the necessary parts on hand & I didn't have to wait a couple assigned to me kept me informed. The service staff & technicians are excellent at Flammer Ford. They are well trained & treat customers with kindness & professionalism. So, why not 5 stars? Well, they are completely overworked and sufferin Ford. They are well trained & treat customers with kindness & professionalism. So, why not 5 stars? Well, they are completely overworked and suffering from their own excellence and success. COVID has only made things worse as staff members are getting sick. Cars & trucks are lined up 2- to 3-lanes deep. For example 2-years ago with Rob (service writer), I had to waited 8 hours for my vehicle to be fixed under warranty. The job was done right, BUT!! More

After arriving on time for scheduled appt we were told would have to wait until Al of previous day work was completed. Why were we not called snd reached untitled a day we would be taken on time??
