Service writer was nice and responsive. Unfortunately, they don’t look at previous worked performed. Was told front and rear brakes needed resurfacing. Flames had done front resurfacing 10 months and 14k they don’t look at previous worked performed. Was told front and rear brakes needed resurfacing. Flames had done front resurfacing 10 months and 14k miles ago. Once they were reminded of that, it was performed at no charge. Was also informed that I needed a brake flush. Again, that service was done 4 months ago. Once reminded of that, it was decided that was not necessary. We have spent over $ 1000 in “ maintenance / service issues in the last 9 months. The vehicle only has 51k miles. Not angry about things that I agreed to. Just frustrated that it takes several phone calls and back and fro with “ someone’s manager” to get what actually needs to be done. Also have had problems in the past with being asked to pay 2nd and 3rd diagnostic fees for the same issue that it was brought in previously. The people at Flammer are nice, responsive and courteous. After three days working with the sales person , 14 text messages six emails and countless phone calls I was never told that the car I was buying was a car in the loaner program. The text and email quote an messages six emails and countless phone calls I was never told that the car I was buying was a car in the loaner program. The text and email quote and offer of the car showed it had 7 miles on it. Call on Saturday morning to make Arrangements to pick up car on Tuesday that is when I was told by my sales person that the car was not a new car but a loaner with 1650 miles. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone and I am looking forward in talking to Ford customer service to see if this is standard sales practice. I also was told that the $2000 protection plan was part of the deal and could not be eliminated from the buy. On my way home also tried to use the windshield washers and found out the reservoir was empty. Great service. On delivery the back seats had grease stains and had to go back to service for cleanup. Ps: love the car. More

GREAT PLACE TO BRING MY AUTO'S FOR WHAT IT NEEDS. SOMETIMES THE WAIT TIME IS TO LONG. I WAITED OVER TWO HOURS FOR NEW PART TO COME IN BECAUSE THE TECH CROSSED THREADED THE PART.
