Dale was very professional and called me early with the estimated cost to repair my vehicle. My only issue was the labor cost which seemed excessive. Had multiple recalls on my vehicle which were fixed and an oil change. When I picked it up there was a VERY noticeable scrape on my driver’s side rear area. I reported it immediately and was told just to call him directly (the mechanic I spoke to). I did and he never called back. This is the second time I have left a message with this man and he never returns calls. Furthermore, when I showed him he said “just let me know when you want to drop it off.” It’s not so easy to just leave a car for a day. This is a HUGE inconvenience for me and for the party that will lend me their car that day. I will be calling back because I want this fixed but I am NOT happy and I shouldn’t have to keep calling. Very unprofessional and sloppy work to have damaged my vehicle in the first place. More
