Darlene always take good care of me and my truck. She is a pleasure to deal with. Always tries her best to make sure all problems are addressed and communicated during the process with phone calls. The service, as usual, was excellent! I was estimated an hour and a half but my service was done in 40 mins. As I maneuver in society I can see "customer service" is a dying art. This is the 2nd time I had my 2018 Ford Explorer in for service at Karl Flammer Ford and it's also the 2nd time they've exceeded my expectations. I'd be remiss if I'd write this review without mentioning D service at Karl Flammer Ford and it's also the 2nd time they've exceeded my expectations. I'd be remiss if I'd write this review without mentioning Darlene's (Service Technician) name. Not only is she pleasant, cordial and proficient at what she does... she's what I call an "extra-miler". Simply implied... Darlene makes every effort to exceed expectations of the customer. It's apparent, at least to me, it's not only her professional business acumen that she's committed to but even beyond that, Darlene makes it personal. She's dedicated to driving both professional and personal satisfaction that both speak volumes of herself as well as the dealership. All I can say is... "a big thank you" for what you do and who you are! More
