Very disappointed that employees in the Service Office Area weren’t wearing masks. Didn’t feel safe so tried to stay outside in a cold rain for as long as I could. I almost went to the showroom to wait but they weren’t wearing masks either. As for the service, my pick up has reached 150000 miles and no one even tried to explain what the recommended service should be. I don’t want to flush the trans but was willing to change the fluid and filter but not flush is all I spoke about but still no follow up. The service personnel are not what they use to be. I also was overcharged for a tire rotation on my last visit and instead of refunding me or discounting my service I was told the checks in the mail. More
