Quality Caring Customer Service! I spoke to one of the techs who was passing by and he said that he had worked other places, but Karl Flammer Dealership was like being part of a fami I spoke to one of the techs who was passing by and he said that he had worked other places, but Karl Flammer Dealership was like being part of a family. (WOAH! You don't hear that too often anymore.) My service contact, Michael Stevens, was so informative and gave me all my repair options. I've been tempted to try out other service locations, but their customer service is so honest that I keep coming back...unless I have THEM pick up my automobile and return it to my driveway. The pick up-drop off service is also a major PLUS. I am one SATISFIED CUSTOMER! More
