Flammer continues to push their mobile service. .really push it. The problem is when the tech is done, they cannot provide you with a detailed recept. Twice now, I have been told that it would be emailed the next day.. This last time, I was overcharged and the tech agreed. I had to call and ask for my credit which was done.Thank you. And had to call twice to get a detailed receipt. I switched to Flammer because the other close Ford Dealer was just as bad. Will not be using Flammer again, including my next truck purchase which will be soon. More

Got a Saturday morning appointment within a week. Showed up early and got right in. Service took the amount of time they said it would. Service writer was not pushy.
