Robyn always goes out of her way to give me a great experience but sometimes there are issues beyond her control. There were 2 cancelled service appointments because they did not have a requested renta experience but sometimes there are issues beyond her control. Buying a car here is ok but servicing your car after is terrible. They seem to have invested in EV support but really have no clue on how to execute. Twice now they have had to take over 2 days to do a sim terrible. They seem to have invested in EV support but really have no clue on how to execute.
