A 3 for changing the oil. While my service included a tire rotation they Did not rotate tires! If they would have, they would have recommended new tires because my back right While my service included a tire rotation they Did not rotate tires! I was awaiting an recommendation like my experiences with them in the past and their attention to detail. Definitely not the same service or attention to detail this visit.
