It seems like many have preceded me here in singing the praises of Judy Powell of Knauz BMW. I was seeking a 2013 BMW X6 which were in absolute short supply. She found the vehicle at another dealership, shipped it to Knauz and actually beat the pricing of other dealerships I called before Knauz. In short, I won't be calling other dealerships before Knauz ever again. Judy Powell is extensively knowledgeable, professional, and an absolute pleasure to talk with. She made the entire process completely enjoyable and exciting from our first conversation.. Perfect location....and everyone at the dealership was polite and enthusiastic about helping the customer. I have been to numerous other BMW dealerships over the years....Perillo? Are you kidding? Never again unless you enjoy being talked to in a condescending fashion....even the cashiers give you major attitude. No thanks, too-cool-for-school city sharks. You are given a choice at Perillo...you either buy WHAT they have in stock for the price they will ALLOW you to buy it, or you can hit the road and stop wasting their time. Great folks. Fields? Nice facility, but it feels like you are in a sweat-shop/boiler-room high-pressure environment. I recently leased a new BMW 535xi from Judy Powell. This is my fourth leased BMW car and I have always dealt with Bob Graziano who is just terrific. This was my first experience with Judy and it could not have been better. My son bought his BMW from Bob, then my husband bought his from Bob and now I have leased mine through Judy and they all were terrific experiences. My son always ends up making the final deal and he and Bob and Judy all have a good time coming to the best deal for my situation. Everyone who works here is just terrific. Have a problem, drop in with the car, problem solved. This does not happen often. The reason I love these cars is that every day you just put the key in the ignition and off you go - no problem. I cannot say enough about Judy and her warmth, caring and expertise in this area. Great experience. More

I visited Knauz in response to an advertised lease offer. I have leased vehicles for many years and my experience has always been that the prices on the available vehicles were always significantly higher th I have leased vehicles for many years and my experience has always been that the prices on the available vehicles were always significantly higher then the advertized prices. At Knauz my experience was the polar opposite; the cars were priced as advertized and there was a good selection of vehicles to choose from. Furthermore, both my sales person, Judy Powell, and her sales manager, Bob Graziano, were a pleasure to deal with. Short of putting out trays of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies, I can't imagine what more then could have done to make me feel more welcome and make the whole experience a pleasurable one. I will certainly recommend them to any friends and family who are in the market for a BMW. More

Knauz was a fantastic dealership. Being young, I got treated pretty disrespectfully at most dealerships and passed off as someone not serious about buying a car.
