My 2006 BMW M5 was having issues w/ the steering wheel lock and would not start. James Matus (Service Advisor) provided me the contact info for a local towing company and got me in the next day. I also asked for them to provide me costs for two new front tires and to fix a failed parking lamp. I was provided a nice loaner at no charge. While my car was in, they suggested I get some regular maintenance items taken care of (oil + filter, air filters, power steering fluid, and coolant). They also did a complete once over of my car to make me aware of anything that may require future attention. My car was ready on time when I came in to pick it up. The ride home was great - everything was solid, yet smooth - just the way it should be. My wallet takes a bit of a hit when I bring it in but the friendly service and quality of the work at Knauz BMW makes it OK. More
