My husband took our Ford 150 truck to have tail gate fixed and to have everything checked over as we were going on a road trip with our grandson. Tailgate works but we had to take truck in the next day because of a slow leak in tire as all tire pressure was off. Two days into our trip we had to abort our plans because of clunking noise in front end. My husband is now running around trying to find a place to get it fixed. I am thankful we made it to a relatives in Wa. We understand things happen but really don’t believe truck was inspected or they would have caught tire issue and maybe clunking problem! More
The purchase of the vehicle was great but afterwards the service department is very disappointing. After one week the vehicle went haywire with caution and warning light on just about everything. I took it service department is very disappointing. After one week the vehicle went haywire with caution and warning light on just about everything. I took it in as nothing would work but it was drivable. They scheduled the appointment and I was told they couldn’t duplicate the issues. I received it back with the automatic gear shift now with about 1/2” of play in it. I called to tell them with no concern on their part. I won’t be using them again More

Service Department Rocks When it's warm outside and no snow on the ground, I like to change the oil and filter in my 4runner. But I really can't bring myself to crawl under a When it's warm outside and no snow on the ground, I like to change the oil and filter in my 4runner. But I really can't bring myself to crawl under a snow-dripping car and spend an afternoon getting soaked. That's when I bring my oil and filter into Sawtooth Ford and let them put it up on the rack and service it. They also keep track of brakes and other maintenance items. Great job guys! More
