I have done considerable business with at least 2 other car dealers in town. I have however NEVER run into such a group of people that have handled the process in such a FUN AND professional manner. They k car dealers in town. I have however NEVER run into such a group of people that have handled the process in such a FUN AND professional manner. They know what they are doing, they are respectful and listen to what you tell them and most importantly they get you what you want. I have to give a special thank you to Mr. Ryan May as he was a complete pleasure to work with. ALL fun no stress. Their crew in the office was also helpful and were very upbeat with great humor. Akim whom I signed the papers with was a real gem and was very helpful in suggestions for service plans. All in all the process was simply wonderful and memorable. I look forward to doing all my future car buying with Karl Malone Toyota. More

I stopped by knowing I was looking for a car, but not ready to buy. Wade greeted us in a friendly way, and paid attention to the features that I was looking for in a car. Wade was a great Help to us. He frist showed us some crossover SUV's and then as he found out more of what my dughter wanted in a car, he then showed us the car that had every thing that she was looking crossover SUV's and then as he found out more of what my dughter wanted in a car, he then showed us the car that had every thing that she was looking for. It was an easy buy for us and an easy sale for him. He then did evey thing to speed up the process, even going so far as detaling the car himself, when he found out the detail shop was backed up with work. I purchased my Toyota Tundra 5 years ago and have been very happy with it. Each time I go back to the dealership I feel like everybody knows me, even if they are meeting me for the first time. I had a bad experience yesterday with the person over safety and emissions. I sent an e-mail expressing my frustration and about my hesitancy of buying from Karl Malone Toyota. Dano called me to hear abo safety and emissions. I sent an e-mail expressing my frustration and about my hesitancy of buying from Karl Malone Toyota. Dano called me to hear about my experience. He explained a few things that I didn't know and helped resolve the situation. He went as far as to tell me that he wanted me to deal with him directly. He didn't want to lose a customer and he went out of his way to let me know that I am a valued customer and he would love to work with me in the future. He turned a bad experience into a positive one. I would go to Karl Malone Toyota as long as I deal with Dano. More

I was so impressed with the Karl Malone store and the salesman Jayson Robles. He helped me get my Tundra loaded with everything i wanted and had it all done in a timely manner.
