Within just a couple of minutes we were taking the prime candidate for a test drive and we ended up purchasing the vehicle. Tim is very friendly guy and was extremely helpful and proactive in addressing our questions and concerns without being the least bit overbearing. I can honestly say I was surprised at how streamlined and stress-free the process was. I appreciated the "no haggling" pricing approach and also felt like we got a very reasonable value for our older model trade in. Also, the finance person -Fran- provided very friendly and efficient service in working with us to finalize the paperwork. More
