My only complaint is the lack of a greeting when I walk in. Everyone in the service reception area is looking down at their computers and rarely look up to say hello, how may we help you. I end up picking a service advisor to walk up to and ask for help. It is almost like I am inconveniencing them. However, once I am being helped, the service is good. More
