Calls were returned promptly, promises were kept, and both of them were professional and gave me the buying experience I was looking for. Tony in the Finance dept. was great. I didn't have to wait to see him, got me a better rate than my bank. He was laid back and professional. Do not hesitate to go see these guys. This is my first experience buying from Kayser in Madison. Having a link to the original window sticker on the web site was the best for me. It allowed me to see the options, and allowed me to find the perfect car fast and easy. Thank you guys for a job well done. More

Great and friendly staff and very comfortable environment. Felt at ease as soon as I walked into the dealership. No pressure sales people and very accommodating when test driving multiple vehicles.
