We went the 2018 Edges the one we wanted was already sold so we looked at new. When didn’t see what my wanted. They arranged a dealer trade. But when the car was damaged they got a different Edge with a lot more options and Sales Manager Mike discounted the car. That car had slight damage on bumper so Mike lent us a new car to drive while they replaced the bumper. I was so impressed I decided to purchase a new Ranger, when one could not be found they helped me order one I will definitely recommend this dealership. They believe in treating people like family. Maintenance and Collision I had purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion from a different dealership other than Kayser Ford. I took my fusion to Kayser for any maintenance that needed to be done. The employees in quick lane always replace things that actually need to be done and have never tried to sell me unnecessary work. The Fusion I was taking to Kayser for maintenance was unfortunately in an accident. My car was then towed to Kayser. Sean in Collision was always super nice when I had questions about the estimate getting done on my vechile. They had my estimate done and to my insurance under 2 days. Since the fusion I had been taking to Kayser got totaled out, I purchased a Lincoln MKZ. I'll be taking my Lincoln to Kayser for all future maintenance. More
