I purposely dressed in sweat pants and t shirt to gauge how I would be treated, I work in the field of accounting. I met a salesman by the name of Nick Douglas. He asked how he could assist me and if I had a certain model in mind. He treated me with the the utmost respect and began to explain all the various models of Explorers they had with the options I wanted. The first Explorer he showed me was actually the one I decided on and I am glad he showed me all the various option packages on the explorers they have. Nick let me take the Explorer out for a test drive and the vehicle drove like a dream. When I returned I told him I would like to purchase the vehicle and said I wanted to pick up the truck on Saturday October 1st between 10am and 11am. After discussing financing a portion of the purchase he introduced me to a gentleman named Viktor Lazdovskis. Viktor was wonderful. We discussed in full details various financing options as well as service options offered. I asked him to begin the finance process. Viktor found a bank for me quickly then asked me if he could spend more time on it the next day as he wanted to make sure he found the best interest rate. He called me the next day and and was able to locate a better rate than the night before. The day before delivery I called Viktor as I was in need of vin numbers and bank information so I could pass it along to my insurance company. Viktor gave me the information within moments, he did not put me on hold or make me wait. I arrived for my delivery time at 10:15am grabbed a cup off coffee and was greeted by Viktor and Nick. Nick said the truck was ready for delivery and Viktor had all the paperwork ready. When it came time for the service packages I was present with more options than I wanted. I told Viktor what I wanted and he said he could make that happen and he did. After completing the paperwork NIck went through and explained all the options again and then showed me how to use some of them that I was not familiar with. I am so glad I had the recent opportunity to work with both Nick and Viktor. They were polite, knowledgeable, and they did not try to sell me something I didn't want. They treated me like family not some random person. Nick and I scheduled a time for me to bring the truck in to have the luxcare treatment applied at time that fit my schedule. I met another gentleman named James in the service department when I dropped my truck off on Monday October 10th to have the cloth interior and paint treated. I showed up three hours earlier than planned. James explained what they were going to do and said my truck would be ready the next day. James and the sales manager, I forgot his name, assisted me with the loaner car that Nick set up for me, Nick was assisting another customer that wasn't three hours early for an appointment. The whole process took 10 minutes. My overall opinion is very high as everyone I had met was truly customer service oriented but more importantly they did everything they said they would do when they said they would do it. More
Car buying is never enjoyable...however! If you want a pain free experience ask for Nick Douglas. After previewing a car the day before we came back this evening to buy. We went in at 5:30 and left by 6:30 all papers signed with a new car. He is laid back and well versed in what you are looking to purchase. We had asked for someone with experience and he exceeded our expectations! We also had a great experience when dealing with the finance department. Lee was kind and took his time explaining all of the paper work. I can not believe how fast and great our experience was today. Thank you so much! More

From that point on Steve took care of us--he made sure the car was available to drive when we arrived, arranged for the appraisal of our trade in, and ensured that all the details were taken care of as we solidified the deal. No Pressure Experience!! Steve Newby was our sales rep and he was wonderful!! He was very genuiune and gave us his honest opinions, which I appreciated. Purchasing with Kayser was pressure free and we felt like we paid a very fair price! Tony went over all of our financial and warranty options and was very thorough with us as well. Used Sales dept needs some work on cust. service Our sales person was good - I believe they are understaffed and I suspect that is why our service was painfully slow. It took 5 hours from test drive to driving out of dealership w vehicle. The used car sales manager Dave was a jerk. Via phone, through the sales person, he threatened to take the hold off our vehicle - despite us providing a credit card number to hold it - because he didn't like that we were trying to negotiate the price. Last time I checked it was pretty standard (and smart) for the customer to negotiate. Finance dept service was excellent. More
Keith Is Very Helpful Our visit to Kayser started out a bit odd. We arrived late on a Tuesday night, around 7PM. There was one sales person helping a guest in the back used car lot and no one else to be found. Finally, after nearly 20 minutes, a manager gave us the keys to two cars that we were interested in and allowed us to take them out for a ride. He also put us in contact with Keith Norris. We had some ideas about which car we wanted, a Ford C-Max Hybrid. Keith discussed some of the differences of the C-max versions they had in stock and asked us about the test drive of the 2013 SEL. It was great. Even though it was late, my husband asked, "What's the fastest you've ever sold a car?" Keith smiled and escorted us inside to start the paperwork and let us know that we wouldn't be able to finalize financing until the next day. We were ok with that. The next day we came in and worked out financing with Tony Scaialabba. In no time, we were on our way in our new (to us) car. More

He got us moving and had an offer on my trade shortly after we returned. He went out of his way to answer some very specific questions, which put us at ease, and was thorough and transparent with everything. Rod was also very kind and patient with our four year old. After deciding to purchase we enjoyed some coffee and college football in the lobby while Joe in Finance made quick business with our paperwork. He was also great with our son. At no point in the day did I feel like I was having the dreaded car sales experience you hear about so often. No sweating it out for hours trying to force a deal. Everything was so easy. A pretty nice little Saturday, with time left over for the zoo. Thanks guys! :) More
