We weren't going to do this but we thought about it for a few weeks and came to the agreement we didn't want ANYONE to have something similar happen to them. We purchased a new Dodge Ram from a dealer in Janesville, included in the purchase was a bed toolbox which we never received. The Janesville dealer told us that the person - MIKE BELKEN - that went over the paperwork with us had the toolbox sent to his house and sold it. We were informed we were not the only Ram purchasers that didn't receive their toolbox. When we saw that Mike was employed at Kayser we could not purchase a truck where a person who stole from us works. More

Our experience with Kayser was amazing! Steve Newby was patient showing us all the technical stuff and when he didn't have the answer to a question we had he found it.
