Earlier in the day, I had gone to a popular dealership (that shall remain nameless) and had a terrible experience with sales rep who insisted on only speaking to my husband, even though I was the sole decision maker and purchaser of the vehicle. So meeting Steve, who was responsive and friendly every step of the way was refreshing. I wasn’t a fan of the sales pitch I got from the finance department to buy the warranty, but once I shot that down, it moved very quickly.
