My experience with Kearns at first was good, I bought a new truck (2015 Silverado) and everything was fine, come to find out 6 days later they sold me a truck with a bad transmission, I drove it for less t new truck (2015 Silverado) and everything was fine, come to find out 6 days later they sold me a truck with a bad transmission, I drove it for less than 300 miles before it broke down, so I brought it to Kearns on a trailer and they said they would look at it, they got back to me a couple days later and said the whole transmission needed to be replaced and they wanted to charge me an outrageous amount, I am very unpleased with their service and I figured they could at least do something for me and what had happened with my new truck, I will never buy another car here again and I took the truck to another shop for a much cheaper rate. More

I had such a great, pleasant experience at Kearns. Shane was very accommodating, and to tell the truth I stopped by after hours and the staff was getting ready leave but I was not turned away and Shan Shane was very accommodating, and to tell the truth I stopped by after hours and the staff was getting ready leave but I was not turned away and Shane went the extra mile to see what I was in for and help me set up an appointment to come back at a better time or he can assist me even further purchase. Truly and honestly if you want to buy a vehicle from a used car dealership and still get a premium service this is the place to go and what the great selection of cars they have, I’m sure you’ll find what you’re looking for from an economy to supercar.
