Bought an SUV from Gaston. He was very easy to work with. He kept in contact with us. We were looking at new and used and ended up going straight from the new car dealership to Kearns and ended up se with. He kept in contact with us. With any pre-owned purchase and all the electronics, I recommend it. More

From taking his time out of his night at home to message me back about about our gorgeous truck, to setting up the showing and having most of the paperwork completed before we even got there. Not to mention he made sure the truck was warmer up and the heated seat were turned on for our test drive. Long story short Phil helped us being home our dream truck! Went through the process of buying a vehicle with Jeff. We asked about service and were told just bring it in and we can give you a loaner if you need it and get everything taken care of. Now we want something looked at and they won't give us a loaner. Also left the title of our old car with them when we picked up our new car. This was end of september 2021. Got a ticket in the mail from the city of chicago telling us we ran a red light on 12/26/2021 and we had to pay a ticket of $100. Obviously they never took our name off the title. This place has been nothing but problems for us. Never going back there. More

Buyer beware!!!!!! I hardly ever write reviews but this Buyer beware!!!!!! I hardly ever write reviews but this needs to be considered PRIOR to buying! This company runs off old used car sales rules and d Buyer beware!!!!!! I hardly ever write reviews but this needs to be considered PRIOR to buying! This company runs off old used car sales rules and doesn’t care to fix it!! If you take it off the lot, you own it. No 0-3 days to take it back if it doesn’t work for you or your family. I bought a vehicle for over 65k, brought it home and found out it had a known family safety issue for the vehicle that was very clear from the second I brought it home on purchase day, and put my kids in it. My sales agent Danny (which I told I was buying this for my family of 5) was very responsive until AFTER the sale when responses went dark. Buy from somewhere that doesn’t hide known safety recall/issues, ignore multiple requests to fix the situation and where you have time to digest your large purchase vs being stuck with it. I work in sales and this is not how you treat people. I am very disappointed!! More
