We worked with Phil on trading in our vehicle and he was very friendly and not pushy. He was patient as we looked at several of the same model. I believe we received a fair price. We did notice rock chip very friendly and not pushy. He was patient as we looked at several of the same model. I believe we received a fair price. We did notice rock chips on the front end and some rusting on the hitch. He promised to take care of that which was done the next day. More
