I was in San Diego (From LA) visiting my folks and my air conditioner broke. Took my Jeep in here and met William Gonzalez who helped me and he was GREAT. Friendly, knowledgeable, didn't screw me over like the Jeep dealership I usually used in LA who I never trusted when they always told me that 'this or that was not covered by my extended warranty". I have never had to wait very long and now I have decided that anytime my Jeep needs work or a service I am willing to drive from LA to take my car to William. I have been here twice now and both times my experience has been good. More
