First off my service advisor was very good at keeping me posted! The car runs great now. The price was great because I only had to pay my warrenty deductible. However they had my car for a week. Zak, my service provider truly exceeded my expectations. I booked on on-line Feb 6th. When I arrived, I was approached by a black gentleman who told me they don't open until 8:00am. confused, I politely tol I booked on on-line Feb 6th. We had NO communication and then they left us without a vehicle to go to work with and no one even apolo changed. Was told it would be done same day.
