I was there to have my horn fixed, I've been without a horn for over a month. Your technicians had to email the engineers and ask them how to fix it. Since they didn't respond there was nothing your peopl horn for over a month. Your technicians had to email the engineers and ask them how to fix it. Since they didn't respond there was nothing your people could do. Kia is now buying my car back because it more than qualifies for the buy back program. I have spent a lot of hours at your dealership with multiple work orders..Monday I'll be back there hopefully someone can fix the dam horn. I've almost been in 2 accidents because my horn didn't work. It is illegal to drive without a working horn. So we'll see what happens on Monday. I am losing my patience with this. If don't make an attempt to fix this I'm probably gonna go crazy..I need a working horn.in the car that's not to much to ask is it. My service advisor is Donovan. More
