What a way to ruin a Saturday. I made an appointment for 8:20 to get my oil changed and 40k service done. I showed up 10 mins early with my 10 month old in tow. I also asked if while it was up on the lift they could take a look at one of my shocks that has been making noises. I was there for 3 hours for a simple service. When it was finally my turn to pay I mentioned having been there for 3 hours, expecting some sort of explanation or apology, but no, the service advisor just says, “I’m printing your paperwork out now” and walks away. This dealership pretty consistently sucks. Since I was there for so long, I had to opportunity to watch the other service advisors walking back and forth with customers. They were talking and laughing with them, and each one handled probably 3x the number of vehicles as the guy who helped me. It seems like some of the people who work there are capable of doing their job, but the guy who helped me certainly wasn’t. More
