I truly wanted to give this dealership a five star grade yet I simply can not!!! I sold them a vehicle near and dear to my heart that truly meant the world to me!!! I brought POA and was told that they needed to see that I was the executor ???? He’s alive... I provided the paperwork via text and it took 2 hours to receive a check in his name!! The purpose was to have the check printed in my name!! Well... this did not occur!! I have owned a Mercedes M class that I purchased here and my sons owns an s class coupe.... We love the dealership yet the financial office lacks!!! Thé people that work there are amazing yet they are forced to the conditioning of the ( firm) The cars speak for themselves.... Yet .... this was a transaction that I will NEVER partake in again!!!!! Would I buy from them???? Absolutely!!! Sell to them???? No way!!!!! More
Just purchased a certified 5 series through August and the experience was great, like no other time I have purchased a car. He answered questions, got us the information we needed and was professional and helpful throughout the process. When the cars we were looking at didn’t have all options we wanted, he said he take down what we were looking for and call us if the car came in. We decided on one he had and the process to purchase was seamless. Comparatively, the prices were great and fair. The car is certified and I received it, with no problems whatsoever. For me buying a new car is akin to getting a filling at the dentist, without nova Caine! The whole pressure sale, going back and forth to confer with managers, etc., is annoying. Didn’t happen at Keeler. Just a nice experience, start to finish - and Augie even directed us to a few great restaurants as we are new the area. We are enjoying our purchase and recommend that if you don’t enjoy the typical car sales nonsense , you go to Keeler and be sure to ask for Augie. More
The worst if you are looking for that 3 times could not fix my engine light on my 3 series and I had to pay for it. Later on, my diesel system had to be fixed and I paid 5700 for it, took 3 times could not fix my engine light on my 3 series and I had to pay for it. Later on, my diesel system had to be fixed and I paid 5700 for it, took them 3 weeks. The car was returned with lining in my trunk removed and never placed back, the car was dirtier than I left it. That is what you get from unknowledgeable and unfriendly service center. DON'T GO THERE More
Horrible-liars I visited their website and found a new car listed ,a 540i. Touched base with a salesperson and negotiated a deal over the phone. I applied for financing and was approved. All was going well at this point. Sales person asks for money over the phone, I declined. Told her wanted to see vehicle first when I arrive. I drive all the way from Otsego county only to be told when I arrive the car has 1000 miles on it. She claimed the owner used the car. Not for one minute did I believe her. It was a demo. She said she didn’t know about the mileage. Baloney. At this point another pushy salesperson gets involved to buy a similar 540. When I was told I was l leaving he got rude, basically made me feel like you better buy a vehicle. Do not go there. More
Keeler will always have my business I tell people all the time the service at Keeler keeps me buying my cars here. I think it is stellar. If my car needs time more than a few hours they I tell people all the time the service at Keeler keeps me buying my cars here. I think it is stellar. If my car needs time more than a few hours they give me a loaner right away and for a short visit, they’ll drive me anywhere. If I choose to wait they give a reasonable time estimate and give updates, generally finish when expected. Love making appointments on line. The sales personnel are wonderful, I have gotten 3 cars here and love them, love the people, love the experience. (Plus my car is amazing!). I am a BMW/Keeler fan for life! More

Go in for something minor, might leave with something major Go in for a inspection sticker, leave with my idrive controller not responding to my idrive system. Then expect me to pay for diagnostic on something they caused, with a $1000 repair behind it. Upon me requesting for bmw to test my battery, the service manager, And a technician read my voltage to me and told me they were correct, and battery was fine. I insist it's not fine, and it sounds lower then what is expected of my vehicle. Also asked if possibly there needs to be some sort of software update. In which they tell me know. A day later I mention I had a warranty, they checked the car over, diagnostic through warranty. To come back and tell me I need a battery, and can't give proof the cars system doesn't need to be updated, for the warranty company to give the ok to do the repair. You have to contact bmw to hear what the next step is, in which nobody is ever available and have to leave voicemails, and still have to contact them again hours later for a word of what's going on. At this point leaves you no choice but to go into bmw and "raise xxxx" for some proper service on a car that they messed up in the first place. And in raising xxxx if you tell the service manager that he is not doing his job properly and is only trying to get over on me for money, after giving me false information on repairs done to my vehicle, and covering up the initial problem they caused in the first place, and by raising your voice a few levels to get your point across, that they don't know their cars, and are crooks. They'll threaten to call the cops , well call the cops on you, so they dont have to be told to do their job correctly, and be called liars. INEXPERIENCED TECHNICIANS, TERRIBLE SERVICE ALL THROUGHOUT THEIR BRANCH, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE DISGUSTING, THEY DON'T NEED TO BE RETRAINED THEY NEED TO BE REPLACED. DO NOT DO SERVICE AT KEELER YOU WILL REGRET IT, BRING IT TO A DIFFERENT BMW DEALER/REPAIR FACILITY IN SERVICE AVOID THOMAS, ANDREW AND THEIR OTHER SERVICE MANAGERS, YOU'LL THANK ME LATER More
