Purchased a 2015 528xi from Nick Yocono My wife and I spoke with Nick on the phone from our home in NH. After 3 conversations with Nick, we felt comfortable enough to make an 8 hour round trip for this car. We agreed on a trade value for my 328xi which was fair trade in value after consulting KBB.com. We arrived to find the car ready to go, indoors with a buffed shine and a spotless interior. Nick made sure we wouldn't be disappointed and he did a great job of it! I am in sales myself so I know what has to go on behind the scene to make a transaction appear easy for the buyer. Just as we were about to drive away for the 4 hour return trip, Nick noticed a spot on the concrete where the car was idling. Nick stopped us then brought a tech out from the service department for a look. Turned out that when they replaced a part to qualify the car for the BMW pre-owned status, a hose was not seated properly and had a slight leak. This was taken care of withing 15-20 minutes and away we went very pleased that Nick was paying attention. And before we arrived, Nick sent an email telling us that 4 new tires were installed. NICE! and this car only has 15,000 miles. Nick Yocono. I'll be looking for him next time I replace my car. Thanks Nick!! More

Condescending and indifferent to customers I've had my X1 for over 3 years and generally the service has been okay...a non event. However, my last visit to Keeler was one of the worst customer I've had my X1 for over 3 years and generally the service has been okay...a non event. However, my last visit to Keeler was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had since moving out of NYC 20 years ago. The representative was condescending and indifferent to my concerns. When I escalated my concerns to the service manger, he too was indifferent. I then called BMW of North America and they just gave me the run around for one week and nothing was resolved. This was my first and last BMW. More

These people have no respect for other peoples property.This place is a complete ripofff and I will never return. Am going to buy a new Lexus and hopefully a better service experience. Also, they never advised me of an airbag recall. These people are terrible.BEWARE! Fool me once shame on you,fool me twice shame on me. More
