Brought my 2019 wrangler in for valve cover job covered by ALLY extended warranty. Also to have batteries replaced both of them and windshield replaced. They had my jeep for over three weeks I had to rep by ALLY extended warranty. Also to have batteries replaced both of them and windshield replaced. They had my jeep for over three weeks I had to repeatedly reach out to service guy via their text system because I could never reach him by phone. Three days from picking up Jeep repeatedly reached out via text with him for invoice to be prepared. No reply. Had to rent car from enterprise return it get ride from them to dealership only to find out that batteries were never replaced. And the valve cover job still had to pay 400 out of pocket on warranty job because the labor rates are highway robbery. Will never return More

Cindy Morales in the finance department has been extremely difficult to work with. Communication has been consistently poor, and despite multiple requests to speak with her supervisor, I have not re extremely difficult to work with. It has now been over three months since I purchased three trucks from Keffer Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, and I still have not received the complete contracts for my vehicles. I also have not been given any information or updates regarding my tags. This level of delay and lack of communication is unacceptable. Because of this situation, I would never buy another truck from this place or recommend anyone to buy any vehicle from this place. More
