Two reasons I purchased my new vehicle through this dealership: 1) I purchased my previous vehicle from Keffer Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in 2002 and had it serviced there all through my 11 years of ow dealership: 1) I purchased my previous vehicle from Keffer Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in 2002 and had it serviced there all through my 11 years of ownership. My best service was provided by their representative Richard Hunter. Outstanding!!! He is the main reason for my purchasing another vehicle from this location. There is not a more caring, personable, attentive, trustworthy nor diligent service representative around town. 2) I purchased my new vehicle through Julius Tindell. I had researched different dealerships throughout both North and South Carolina over a four month period. Julius is a no high pressure, knowledgeable and caring salesman who was able to provide to me not only the best vehicle that met my every need and more, but a vehicle at the best price. His patience with me and his determination to make me the most satisfied customer goes beyond words. Having gotten 11 years out of my past vehicle, I'm looking forward to at least that or more out of my new one with continued service needs provided by Keffer Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. More

Stopped in one day driving by to take a look at a new wrangler. Leo met me at the door and really took the time to make me feel comfortable with the whole process. Over the years we have bought 4 new cars from the Keffer dealership. The last was a Jeep Patriot. We selected a couple of them on line and asked Julius Tindell to have them ready to test drive. Worst New Car Buying Experience - I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. I purchased a brand new 2013 Jeep Wrangler Sahara with almost 0 miles from Keffer. 2 months later, a small crack in the front this dealer to anyone. I purchased a brand new 2013 Jeep Wrangler Sahara with almost 0 miles from Keffer. 2 months later, a small crack in the front fender showed up- i found out that my brand new Jeep had been wrecked on Keffer's Lot and they covered it up. There was a carfax record of the damage as well. I tried to talk to the dealership and Frank Cruz and his General Manager of the dealership told me "yes it was wrecked, but they do not have to disclose anything to me" thye said it was NC law and they did not have to tell me about the damages. They offered to trade in the vehicle and offer me what it was worth without the wreck- but that price was thousands too high with interest rates higher than any competitor. This was the second vehicle I purchased from them and i will never go back. they are dishonest and untrustworthy- i even asked ho to contact the owner to talk with him and they refused to provide information. they told me i could look it up myself.
