I purchased my new Jeep Compass from Keffer Jeep in November 2011. Since purchasing my 2011 Jeep Compass, I have experienced nothing other than complete frustration. I purchased my Compass after owning a Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo for nine years. I loved my Cherokee; however, it was time for a new and more reliable vehicle. As a single mother, it was critical I had a reliable vehicle that was safe for me and my son. Instead of reliable and safe, I purchased a "lemon". Within the past year, I was the proud driver of three rental cars and numerous hours in the service waiting area all due to my new vehicle that had less than 10 thousand miles on it. As if this wasn't horrible enough, dealing with the Customer Service department was the worst part. I worked with Richard Hunter and naturally, after my numerous visits to the service department, Chris Brown, the Service Department Manager. Both were rude, unempathetic, lacked professionalism or anything close to what is considered "customer service". At times, my phones calls were not returned and during one of my visits, Chris Brown even refused to talk to me. I contacted The Chrysler cooperation; however, I was directed back to the dealership and the service department, which was my reason for calling Chrysler, customer service was non-existent. I absolutely will not ever not purchase a vehicle from Keffer Jeep or Chrysler in general. I currently have 12 thousand miles on my jeep and can't wait to trade it. I especially am looking forward to not having to go to the dealership. More

I was looking for a 4 wheel drive SUV and had driven many around the Charlotte area when I finally went to Keffer and met Coach. I drove a Grand Cherokee and fell in love with it. Coach was very knowledge around the Charlotte area when I finally went to Keffer and met Coach. I drove a Grand Cherokee and fell in love with it. Coach was very knowledgeable, friendly, low pressure, and worked to find the exact car/options/color I wanted. At no time did I feel like I was being "sold", like I felt at other dealers. Coach showed me the car and discussed all the options, then let it speak for itself. Needless to say I purchased a 4x4 Grand Cherokee Limited and LOVE IT. It's refined enough for my (female) style, yet can handle the snow in the NC Mountains. I would strongly recommend Coach and Keffer to all my friends and family. More

I visited Keffer Jeep Dodge for my second car purchase in December after my fist car had been totaled in an accident. When I originally contacted Julius he was off work. When I got to the dealership, many of the employees remembered me and my children and everyone was very concerned and once again sympathetic to my situation. My wife and I went to Keffer to look for a new car to replace her old vehicle. We met Chris and he immediately got started finding us the perfect car. We, like most people, don't look forward to going to a car dealership. It always seems to be an annoying experience. However, Chris was very professional, efficient, and not overly "salesy". He seemed more interested in getting us the best car at the best price. We traded in my wife's 2003 Audi and leased a brand new 2013 Jeep. Chris really took the time to explain all of the features of the Jeep and we left feeling like we knew exactly what we were getting. Due to circumstances unforeseen by Chris and the staff at Keffer, we had some mechanical issues within the first day of having the vehicle. We called Chris and he promptly took complete control of the situation and did everything in his power to make things right. Within one day he got us a brand new car and took care of everything for us. The professionalism of Chris and the staff at Keffer was much appreciated and we would certainly return to them to buy a car. We would recommend working with Chris - especially if you want an easygoing and no-pressure car buying experience. More

I was disappointed in the other car dealers in Charlotte. I live along Independence Blvd. and had been to all of them. I called Keffer Chrysler ahead of time and explained what I was looking for. When I arrived for my appointment, I was not attacked by a herd of salesmen, but instead asked to have a seat while they paged Julius. The front desk staff (Vickie) was very friendly and conversational. Julius was a great salesmen. He listened to what I wanted and found it instead of pushing me into what he wanted to sell. The finance officer (Angelo) was very professional but in a casual friendly way. I was never talked down to about my weak credit or choice in cars like at other dealerships. This is a great place to buy if you hate the typical high-pressure car sales like I do! More
