I hate that I have to go back I went here to look at two jeeps. I knew what I was looking for and the car salesman took me right to them. He really didn't have to sell much becaus I went here to look at two jeeps. I knew what I was looking for and the car salesman took me right to them. He really didn't have to sell much because I knew what I wanted. A few hours before I came to the lot I called to make sure they would match a TrueCar price. I was told they would. When it came time to buy, they told me they could not match that (wanted to run me $2000 more). It took talking to 3 people and almost walking out to finally get them to agree. Then, he wrote up all the paper work and it was for the wrong jeep (I only test drove one). It took about 3 times in total to get all the paperwork right. They did a pretty poor job detailing the car as well, to be honest, I don't think they did anything but vacuum it. I get that mistakes happen but the icing on the cake was, I was left with 80 miles left on the take and a very out dated uconnect system ($150 for the map update). I received an email from the sales manager and I promptly responded and never heard anything back. I gave them time to make it right. If I was an owner of a company, I would rather someone not write a review and reach out to me directly than get a poor review and not give me the chance to correct it. They don't seem too concerned about keeping me as a customer, or the 3 others in my family that are in the market for a car. More
Buyer Steer Clear! Forgery Alert I had purchased 3 vehicles in the last 2 years from Keffer Jeep, and thought well of them as my local Dodge Dealer BUT that ALL drastically changed i I had purchased 3 vehicles in the last 2 years from Keffer Jeep, and thought well of them as my local Dodge Dealer BUT that ALL drastically changed in January 2018!! Nate Conley was my sales guy , and he did a GREAT job at finding me what I wanted, and professionalism in that area. But after that, behind close doors ... the financing cockroaches creeped out, and INTEGRITY flew away. It is amazing to me the depth of Shadiness they went to here to save a few $$$, and even commit FORGERY!! Also, the Ownership /MGMT must be complicit with these ILLEGAL practices as they’ve done nothing to stop it, so it it must not be limited to certain parties! F for Forgery FAIL!! Heed the words here! Friendly and professional We were in the market for a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and we knew exactly the vehicle (color, options, etc.) that we wanted. Don't stick to their word I have never been to a dealership where the salesman was on phone during the test drive. The car sold itself and he did pretty much nothing. Not to mention this is the only dealership to not keep their word when telling me they will do something. Was told "I'll see about getting you a 2nd key fob", and of course when I couldn't get in touch with them to follow up, I drive 2 hours to be told no we won't do that unless you pay for it. I will never buy another car from this unprofessional dealership. More
I was lied to for three days For the past three days I have worked with the salesman at Kiefer jeep. First time speaking I told him I would not be financing here, I had a better rate somewhere else. He checked with his finance and said they couldn’t match the rate. I work with him to get a bottom line price that I agreed upon and when we arrived at that number I went to get a loan slightly under the amount, willing to pay the difference in cash. When I returned they handed me the bottom line price and it was about $2000 more than the amount from this morning. I asked why the additional? They said that’s with the taxes and fees. I said, I thought that was in the bottom line on the price sheet you gave me this morning. So for three days Keffer Jeep had lied to me about the bottom line on their Jeep. I will never go to another Keffer Dealerahip. I have never not been showed the full out the door price when dealing with buying a car anywhere else. More
