Made buying a car a pleasant experience I walked into Keffer after spending 2 hours at the Honda dealership having a very painful experience. The Honda salesmen were typical car salesmen and I walked into Keffer after spending 2 hours at the Honda dealership having a very painful experience. The Honda salesmen were typical car salesmen and put me through the whole song and dance. Willie was the opposite; he was very laid back and I did not feel pressured at all during the process. I ended up leaving without the car the first trip and received a nice call and text message afterwards from Willie thanking me for coming in. The Honda people never followed up with me. Willie is an exception to the car salesman stereotype and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a Jeep/Dodge/Ram. More

General Manager Michael Turner solved all my issues. My family and I traveled from Fort Bragg, 2.5 hours away, to see a 2015 Chevy Camaro I had initially saw on cars.com. I was unable to leave the Fort Bragg area before Mr. Myles left for the day, but he gave me the name of another sales person that would help me. The first sales person started out by playing sales games. He tried to make me believe that the price of the car was over $20,000. I showed him that the car was listed on several websites for $17,999 and I had confirmed that before driving from Fort Bragg. He went and got a sales manager that stated that price was for their, "loyal" customers that had purchased cars from them before. He said he would go ahead and let me have it for that price. I explained to him that I had spoken to Mr. Myles before traveling and was told It was the end of the month and they are willing to make deals. I told him I was a Soldier and traveled a long way after work to get a good deal. He was unwilling to budge on the online price. It was very late when I left the dealership, so I ended up paying for a hotel and driving home the next day. Mr. Myles called me the next day and had a different sales manager call me back with a better deal. He even had the car delivered to the Fort Bragg area for me. I had a minor issue with the car that Mr. Myles had the dealership repair. Now the bad experience: As a Soldier who has served 21 Years in the Military I have found it easier and cheaper to register my car in my home of record (Florida). It has been almost a month and the dealership has not sent my title information or money to Florida for my registration. My temporary tag will expire 03 Nov 2017. My wife has parked her car until we receive a tag from Florida. The General Manager Michael Turner call me personally and resolved my issue. More
