The Customer Experience Vehicle purchased on 8/15/15, Arrived back home, SC, 180 miles round trip, 1 key fob doesn’t work. Return to dealer on 8/22/15, 180 miles round trip, Vehicle purchased on 8/15/15, Arrived back home, SC, 180 miles round trip, 1 key fob doesn’t work. Return to dealer on 8/22/15, 180 miles round trip, 5 hours of my time new key fob has to be ordered. Return to dealer on 8/29/15, 180 miles round trip, 5 hours of my time to get new key fob. I have to request to see a manager, because no manager has any idea of my experience. Have not received my $25 gift card for test driving (bought the car by the way). More

Great! It was a great experience. I'm glad that everyone there is very patient without being overbearing. By the time all of the paperwork was signed it was It was a great experience. By the time all of the paperwork was signed it was very late at night and I was advised to come back if I wanted the car to be re-cleaned if they missed a spot. When i returned there were two spots that I was concerned about and they were able to get them out. More
