Great buying experience With a recent accident I was looking for a replacement car. But I didn't want just any car being that I was on a budget but I also wanted something th With a recent accident I was looking for a replacement car. But I didn't want just any car being that I was on a budget but I also wanted something that I could confidently drive and would extremely reliable. After searching for a few weeks I came across a decently priced, Mazda3. I decided to visit the dealership and have a look at the car myself and see if I could get the opportunity to test drive. Quinton, was on alert to make a sale because I wasn't even there and he immediately came out to do his thing. We test drive and absolutely loved the car. I wasn't just ready to make the purchase that day, I told Quinton that I would ponder the thought of making a big purchase like this a little more. A couple went by and Quinton would call me to check in to see if I had up my mind and had informed him not quite. The next day as the day was coming to an end Quinton had sent me a text to inform that the price had dropped! I have him a call immediately and told him that I would be down there the next day to fill out some paper work and hopefully take it home. And so we did, there was a little set back with the availability of the car. Turns out the car was taken off the lot and taken to the auction. Quinton could see the frustration because he could tell that I really liked the car and was ready to take it home. With a couple of phone calls and persistency, Quinton, was able to bring back the car! Overall, I would say this was a really great buying experience. Quinton did a phenomenal job in taking care of the customer and getting to their needs. I would definitely recommend a purchase from Quinton. More
