Wonderful Service Department Experience When my sons Mazda 3 sounded like it needed some routine maintenance (brake job) I insisted he bring it back to Keffer where he bought it. I arranged for him to drop it off and pick up a loaner car. From the first person that answered the phone I felt very confident that everything would go smoothly, and it did. Our service writer Chris Brannon wasted no time calling me with recommended service work based on a safety check and the current mileage on the car. I was very impressed with his professionalism. We had a few things taken care of and will be bringing it back in the future for all of our scheduled maintenance. I am very happy with the quality and reasonable price of all of the work performed. I myself am a 30 year car dealership employee 600 miles away. I only hope my customers feel as confident in my dealership as Keffer has made me and my son feel about where he has his car serviced. Another Great Mazda We have now purchased our 11th Mazda. I guess you could say we like the Mazda family of vehicles.
