Happy except told navigation included but wasn’t. Pleased with most of our experience we had at dealership. Only issue we have is that we were told by first salesman that the car was equipped with navigation, that Mazda puts the chip in once car is bought. When we came back to take possession of car we asked again about the navigation and was told this car didn’t have it nor could they add it because we were already getting a hell of a deal. We were told this several times by several people. While we understand that maybe we were getting a great deal it was supposed to have navigation and we had no reason to believe it didn’t. We were going by what the salesman told us. More

Was probably the quickest car deal I ever made. Next day card was ready for me. Kyle had it detailed. My neighbors recommended me to Keffer. They tell me their service on their Mazda is great. So far the process has been extremely easy. I believe their service process will be the same. Worst Car Buying Experience EVER Worst car buying experience ever. I spent over SEVEN HOURS trying to buy a car. The salesman was quite nice at first, but by buying time, he disappear Worst car buying experience ever. I spent over SEVEN HOURS trying to buy a car. The salesman was quite nice at first, but by buying time, he disappeared to deliver a car to another customer ... and this continued throughout the rest of day. I was totally second rate. Another salesman stepped in, but he was super aggressive and just plain used car slimy. If I hadn't needed a car due to an accident, I'd have left ASAP. Keffer Mazda has absolutely NO respect for time. Hour after hour passed. It wasn't until after 6:30 pm when I told the GM that I was starving and had to leave, when my car was FINALLY ready to drive home. Seriously, AVOID this dealership unless you have loads of time to spare. It is truly the most disorganized, unprofessional dealership I've ever set foot in. More

Jordan was able to work that out for me in a short period of time. Upon listening to my story, he brought a car upfront, explained all the features, and it was perfect! He made sure it also met my payment requirements. I was taken for a tour of the service area, etc. Everyone was so friendly, including the receptionist.
