I was contacted by an internet sales person when searched for prices via an internet buying service (was also contacted by two other Mazda dealers). I was impressed with the information shared by Keffer salesperson Jaleil Strickland as he sent detailed information about vehicles that met my specifications and even shared brief videos featuring the cars. This was much appreciated as I have previously scheduled an appointment to see a car at other dealers only to find the car was not available to be seen, driven or purchased. Jaleil provided all the information I needed and followed up appropriately. I was also contacted by managers at the dealership who discontinued contact when I mentioned that Jaleil was providing the help I needed. When we arrived at the dealership, Jaleil quickly brought around the CX-5and gave us a through review. He directed his attention to my wife, recognizing she will be the primary driver. Price was consistent with the internet offer and we quickly proceeded to close the deal. No issues with hard sell, quick negotiation, quick overview of other accessories or services and out the door. Excellent communication, no inconsistencies with info provided by phone or email and superior knowledge of the vehicles offered.
